How to Order
Ordering from Etchomatic, inc is easy. You have three options when placing orders:
Most orders for standard stock items that are placed via fax or email by 2pm will ship same day. Orders that are urgent or require immediate same day shipment should be called in. If you are ordering an item from a recent mailer, please make sure you confirm pricing to ensure proper billing.

For your convenience, Etchomatic, inc has provided a Credit Application as a downloadable PDF. Simply download it, print it, fill it out, sign it, and fax it to the number at the top of the form. Standard sales tax will only apply to residents of a US state in which we are registered.

Etchomatic, inc calculates shipping charges based on weight.
If you wish to be billed direct by UPS we will need you to provide your UPS Collect account number. Every effort will be made to ensure drop shipments with Collect status are sent correctly, but unfortunately this will be at the discretion of our manufacturer. Some Drop Shipments/Direct Shipments may have to ship via UPS Prepaid and Add
Hazardous Materials Charges
Etchomatic assesses a charge of $20 per package containing an item classified as hazardous. Our shipping department makes every effort to minimize these charges by packing as many hazmat items in a single shipping container as possible, taking into consideration safety (some hazmat items cannot safely be combined) and shipping weight. Generally speaking, single gallons of screen printing ink will be packed no more than two to a box. Five gallon containers are always shipped separately.
Generally credit card orders are not charged until actual costs are determined. Final charges can be e-mailed once an order is processed and shipped.

If you have received the wrong item or an item is defective, please call Etchomatic, inc Customer Service at (800) 634-3006. You will be faxed an RMA number (return material authorization) to use in returning your order. (RMA # are good for 10 days from issuance.)
You will need to provide the packing slip, invoice number and date and Purchase Order.
Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a restocking fee.
All returns must be shipped back in original packaging. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days of receipt of order or order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
After a return has been received, it normally will take 1-2 weeks to process.
Should the item be returned to the manufacturer, it may take somewhat longer for complete disposition. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to the same credit card. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you, or a credit balance applied to your account..
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically and you should be notified of your order status and the estimated wait time of your back-ordered item(s).
